This router bit is designed for cutting, scoring and shaping Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM) using flat bottom V-grooves. The V-shaped grooves remove the aluminium cover and some polyethylene core, allowing the material to be folded or creased. ACM is widely used in wall panel fabrication, and a range of interior and exterior cladding applications, such as office buildings, hospitals, airports and hotels.
