It bolts onto the end of lathe’s bed extending the spindle turning capacity by 590mm. With your lathe mounted on the purpose-made leg stand the extension increases the bowl turning capacity. The extension bolts onto the leg stand in a lower position, and is supplied with a tool rest extension post. This offers you the potential of turning a bowl or platter up to 520mm in diameter.-bg
