Axcaliber Edge Breaker Cutters

Edge Breaker router cutters round over sharp edges giving a very exact and controlled result. They are available in a choice of four radii: 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 2.5mm, all bearing guided for rounding straight or curved edges. These cutters remove the arris, leaving a perfect finish. If left as a sharp corner the wood may splinter or crumble. A sharp corner will not take a finish. You cannot paint a sharp edge. All cutters are 1/4" shank. PTFE coating minimises resin build-up.
