Axcaliber Sash Bar Ovolo Router Cutter

This cutter is used for the fast, accurate and efficient manufacture of sash windows using a router table set-up. It will produce the moulding on the stiles and rails and a matching cutter (Axcaliber Sash Bar Ovolo Scribing Cutter), produces the scribe at the ends of the rails or sash bars to fit over it. This cutter is 22mm diameter, 10mm radius and 18mm depth of cut. Available in 1/4"(6.35mm)shank only. Axcaliber router cutters are high precision tooling, made using advanced technology on multi axis CNC machines. A high shear-cut angle gives them a smooth cutting action and results in a clean finish. The tips are diamond-ground micrograin tungsten carbide. PTFE coating minimises resin build-up.
