The AP357CEH Cyclone Extractor is a quiet, highly efficient machine and perfect for the larger workshop. A 2.2kW motor drives a high performance steel impeller, providing a large airflow and high static pressure. There is plenty of potential here to run a moderately sized ducted system, or extract from a single large machine. Compared to other forms of extractors, a cyclone provides a much more efficient performance. The cyclone separates the larger waste particles from the finer dust, before the airflow passes through the extractor’s fan. As a consequence, the fan operates more efficiently maintaining a consistent speed. The heavier waste falls into one bag or container whilst the very fine particles collect in separate receptacle. The cyclone removes the bulk of the waste before it reaches the extractor’s filter. The filter requires cleaning less frequently with far less mess involved. The super efficient two-stage dust separation system first deposits the vast majority of the waste into a 198 litre capacity bin. A HEPA 13 rated cartridge filter with an exceptionally large filter area then traps any remaining very fine dust. The waste bin is simple to empty: just press down a large handle and wheel the bin out on its own castors. A waste bag inside the bin can be simply lifted out. During use, the vacuum holds the bag in place. The cartridge filter is automatically cleaned by a motor driven paddle system. This system, controlled by an integral timer and operates when the machine is switched off. A small waste bag beneath the filter collects the disturbed dust. Rated at HEPA 13, it will trap dust down to 0.3 micron @ 99.97% efficiency. A rigid tubular steel frame supports the main body, filter and waste bin. Castors on the base offer good maneuverability. The AP357CEH comes with a remote control, so you can switch on/off wherever you are in the workshop. The manometer offers easy visual performance monitoring. N.B. This Machine requires a 16amp supply and it's recommended that a C Type breaker is used, if you are unsure please contact a qualified electrician.
