Axminster Woodturning Diamond Parting Tool - 3.2mm(1/8")

A diamond parting tool offers more clearance during deeper cuts minimising heat build-up and lessens the need to make the cut wider. Made in Sheffield for Axminster by skilled craftsmen using traditional skills with modern heat treatment and finishing techniques. The blades are M2 high speed steel known to hold its edge and retain its hardness at high temperatures and will give a clean smooth finish. We have added a 300mm dyed beech handle. Will suit the beginner, amateur or professional turner.
