Axminster Woodturning Round Nose Scraper - 12.7mm(1/2")

Use on bowls and platters to create smooth flowing curves. With a 12mm blade width, this round nose scraper will leave a very fine, smooth finish even when used to scrape or hollow end grain. Made in Sheffield for Axminster by skilled craftsmen using traditional skills with modern heat treatment and finishing techniques. The blades are M2 high speed steel known to hold its edge and retain its hardness at high temperatures and will give a clean smooth finish, we have added a 300mm dyed beech handle. Will suit the beginner, amateur or professional turner.
