    Description

    Use for removing tool marks and refining the shape of a bowl and to create smooth flowing curves. Made in Sheffield, in the UK, the 1/2" (12.7mm) Round Nose Scraper features a hardened M2 HSS steel blade, which maintains a sharp edge far longer than cheaper carbon steel. Comes correctly ground and ready sharpened. The blade is fitted to a smooth, well-shaped 8 1/2" (216mm) beechwood handle for comfort. Suitable for the amateur or beginner woodturner. This Round Nose Scraper has a 8 1/2" handle. The length of the steel is 5" and thickness is 5.5mm.
