Axminster Workshop AW82E Dust Extractor - 230V

The AW82E is a compact, mobile chip extractor for use around a small workshop. It is powered by a 230V 1.1kW induction motor, which produces quite a substantial airflow. The better than average performance makes it perfect for chip extraction from bandsaws, table saws, spindle moulders, planers or thicknessers. The main body can be mounted either way up, giving you a choice of inlet positions on the top or bottom of the machine. The base has castors fitted for easy mobility around the workshop. The AW82E comes with a 30 micron filter bag along with a plastic waste sack. The inlet size is 100mm, allowing easy connection to many types of machines using flexible hose (not supplied). This machine is reasonably quiet in operation, compact in size, and suits many woodworking machines usually found in a smaller workshop. Airflow: as measured in the Axminster workshop 1,050m³/hr @100mm. Note stepping down the hose diameter below 75mm, is not advisable as the airflow volume will drastically fall. The filtration can be upgraded with an optional 1 micron cartridge filter. This has a very large surface area, so does not impede the airflow.
