This set of carving chisels from Axminster Workshop has everything the entry level carver needs to get started and well in to intermediate territory. They're great quality chisels for your money for relief carving and carving in the round. Each chisel blade and tang is forged from one piece of chrome vanadium steel, ensuring the chisels retain their sharp edge over time. The tang sits deep into the handle which adds to the strength and durability of the blade. The hardwood handles are ergonomically designed and varnished for a smooth finish, providing a comfortable grip for extended periods of time. The octagonal shape of the handle offers better control and prevents the chisels from rolling off the bench when not in use.
