Clifton Y Lever

Sometimes when you upgrade your plane with a thicker cutting iron you find the depth control is less effective. The cause is the original Y-lever being a fraction too short to reach the cap iron. This cast brass Y-lever has a longer nose ensuring it can fully engage with the slot in the cap iron. It comes complete with a pin. Fitting may require a touch of fettling as planes vary slightly between makes. Being brass, the Y-lever is easy to file or drill if required. Overall length; 37mm.
