The gently sweeping hooked blade, with its variable radius helps carve a wide variety of bowl shapes. The spear point tip gets into all the tight spaces. The KN55’s double-edged design means you can use it right or left handed. For added strength, a brass ferrule has been added and the tang extends completely through the handle.
