Japanese Super Fine Saw 42tpi - 55mm

This is a saw for workers in wood where precision is paramount, such as musical instrument makers. A unique example of a Japanese saw, it has a kerf of only 0.16mm. The blade is 55mm (2.1/8") long and 15mm deep with extremely fine teeth at 42tpi. It cuts on the pull stroke, giving better control when working with such a fine blade. The teeth have no set. It is 185mm (7.1/4") long overall.
