Kirschen Polished Drawknife

This highly polished straight drawknife has 2 wooden handles and comes in a protective leather cover with a hook and loop closure. The Kirschen drawknife has a blade thickness of approximately 4.5mm, the 120mm long edge has a 25° bevel. The smooth beech handles are a comfortable teardrop shape set at 90° to the blade. The size and overall design of the Kirschen polished drawknife make this a tool for controlled shaving when carving larger pieces etc.
