The Metabo KS216N Lasercut Mitre Saw is powerful and precise. It is lightweight and compact for easy transportation. Featuring ergonomically designed handles and saw head lock, this saw is a pleasure to use and a great choice for the workshop or out onsite. Suitable for sawing wood, coated panels and plastics (blade dependant), the Metabo KS216N is packed with features to make cutting easier. The saw has an effective dust extraction system via an integrated dust scoop, keeping the saw and workplace free from debris. Plus, the laser feature provides an exact display of the cutting line, illuminated by a bright LED work light and the stop points allow for fast and precise setting of common angles. A high sliding rear fence ensures safety while sawing and an extendable table width extension makes easy work of cutting long panels. A material clamp offers secure fixing of the work piece from the top or front and the saw head can be inclined to the left for additional angle ranges for undercuts. All scales and operating elements are visible from the working position and can be operated intuitively. The saw blade can be changed easily by means of spindle lock without dismantling the pendulum guard. It has a maximum cutting width of 120mm at 90°, 80mm at 45° and a maximum cutting depth of 60mm at 90°, 45mm at 45°.
