Veritas Miniature Rip Tenon Saw

This miniature tool is a fully functional 1/3 scale version of a Veritas saw, measuring just 178mm (7") in overall length. As with its full-size version, it has a moulded spine for good balance between cutting action and surface finish. The closed walnut handle is designed to give good power transfer whilst allowing accurate control. The high carbon steel blade is 140mm (5.1/2") long and provides an effective cutting depth of 32mm (1.1/4"). The 27 tpi rip cut teeth have a 14° rake using the typical 60° included angle.
