This book from Mark Baker would make an excellent companion to his 'Wood Turning – A Craftsman’s Guide' as it contains a further 25 projects ranging from the straightforward to the more complex, all of which could be made within a weekend by the recreational turner. There’s an introductory section at the front on tools, equipment and safety, followed by the projects section. A full-page colour plate accompanies each one as well as an excellent annotated working diagram plus a list of essential requirements and thorough instructions together with sequential photographs giving details of the turning process. 275 x 210 mm, 191 pages.
