Woodcut Tools Bowlsaver Laser Guide

Designed to fit the original Bowlsaver bowl coring system, the Woodcut Tools Bowlsaver laser guide consists of 3 main parts. There is a vertical post, which fixes to the Bowlsaver base plate, along with a horizontal arm with a laser pointer at its far end. Setup is a simple matter of aligning the laser vertically above the cutting tip of the Bowlsaver blade. As the blade advances into the bowl blank, you can track the exact position of the tip by watching the laser point on the outside of the bowl blank. This ingenious solution is a great aid to checking progress and obtaining more predictable bowl shapes.
