Le-Matic GL 12 Edgebanding Glue Pellets

Made from ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) polymers, the GL12 Edgebanding Glue is recommended for use with Le-Matic edgebanders as the hot melt adhesive of choice. It has a working temperature of 160°-190°C. EVA polymer glues are solid at room temperature and are activated upon heating above their softening point, at which stage they are liquid, and hence can be processed. While in their solid state, EVA polymers have high structural integrity. After hot melt edgebanding application, the glue may take up to two minutes to cool fully. When cooled, the EVA polymers becomes a solid that neither absorbs water nor is structurally weakened by it.-bg
