Finger joints, also called box joints, add visually striking symmetrical design to corner assemblies. Unlike dovetails, finger joints do not interlock mechanically but their enormous glue surface area makes them as strong as dovetails throughout the life of today’s modern adhesives. Leigh’s versatile F3M Finger Joint Template is the most comprehensive and accurate jig of its kind. The F3M produces 11 sizes of square finger joints and the F3M can also produce three sizes of square half-blind finger joints 8, 10 and 12mm. Joint fit is easily and precisely controlled using Leigh’s patented e-Bush System. Three sizes of e-Bush are standard equipment with every F3, one for each comb size. All e-Bushes mount directly to many router bases, but some routers may require a Leigh template guide bush adaptor. Please note: Leigh is unable to supply metric cutters.-bg
