Monument 138 Socket Forming Tool (15 & 22mm)

The Monument 138R socket forming tool allows you to join two lengths of copper pipe of the same diameter without the use of a separate fitting. It is designed for use on 15mm and 22mm copper pipes. It is simply a matter of inserting the tool into one pipe and tapping with a hammer to expand the end. The result will allow you then to insert the other piece and soft or hard solder to finish the joint. The loose former allows easier withdrawal of the tool after use.
