HSE guidelines advise that when working with Medium Hazard Materials (M Classification) such as concrete and mortars (silica), man-made board (MDF) and natural woods (oak, beech), M Class dust extraction should be your first choice. When working on site, the H&S manager should insist on the use of M Class dust extraction. The Numatic MV570 is fully certificated as an industrial quality M Class vacuum dust extractor. A warning light indicates when the bag is full or either filter has become clogged. The HepaFlo filter bags have a closure to minimise dust escaping when changing and disposing of the bags. A separate H13 HEPA filter module provides the highest standard of filtration. Both the air inlets and outlets feature screw-on covers ensuring no dust can escape during transportation. The air outlet is on the top of the machine so that air exhausted from the machine will not disturb dust lying on the floor. For the connection of a 230V power tool, a 13A 230V socket with a capacity of 2,000W is provided. This socket is live once the vacuum has been switched on. With a Structafoam container and epoxy coated steel filter housing and power head, this is a very tough machine. The MV570 has a 23-litre capacity, with a powerful 1,200W motor.
