The Complete Mill/Drill System is great value. The complete system consists of: BFW 40/E Mill/Drill Motor and Controller, BFB 2000 Mill/Drill Stand, KT 150 Compound Table & Step Clamp Set. The BFW40/E drill head with its triple bearing spindle giving superb accuracy and vibration free operation. The power controller gives spindle speeds from 900-6000rpm with full torque control. A set of 6, triple slit, hardened collets from 2.3-6mm is supplied. The BFB 2000 Drill Stand has a precision milled dovetail slide which may be tilted through 90 degrees, a fine feed selector, depth gauge and rack and pinion down feed. This stand will take all drills and routers with a 43mm spindle collar. The KT 150 aluminium die cast compound table has a travel of 150mm both ways, graduations of 0.05mm and 3 machined T slots for fastening machine vices and clamps. Suitable for milling, routing or slotting of steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics and wood. The Step Clamp Set is a 2 clamp set which fits the KT 150 table directly and is ideal to hold the work piece securely in place.
